This product warranty applies to all products manufactured by NEMO Equipment. Inc. (“NEMO”). Please note that NEMO's product warranty differs from country to country, depending on local consumer protection laws and customs. This document sets out the warranty available to NEMO’s customers in the European Union and United Kingdom. This Warranty does not affect any other statutory rights you may have as a consumer depending on your country of residency.

WARRANTY OVERVIEW:
We strive to design and build the best outdoor equipment on the planet. We obsess over every design decision and each material we choose, and we work tirelessly to ensure the highest level of workmanship. We believe that our products should provide you with the greatest comfort and protection from the elements, and we proudly stand behind this promise. All NEMO products purchased in the EU and UK have a warranty of two years from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials to the original purchaser, with proof of purchase from an authorized NEMO dealer (“Warranty”). This Warranty is not in addition to any legal warranty available to the consumer, and it does not affect, limit or replace any legal warranty available to the consumer (and the consumer’s right to free remedies from the seller, such as free repair or replacement, in case of a conformity defect of the NEMO product).

WARRANTY DETAILS:
NEMO offers this Warranty on all NEMO products. Warranty requests are considered for defects in product manufacturing and material defects. The Warranty is granted to the original purchaser with proof of purchase from a NEMO authorized dealer. For example, products purchased from a garage sale or secondhand are not considered an original purchase. Warranted products will be replaced or repaired at NEMO’s discretion.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:
NEMO does not warrant products against: (i) normal wear and tear e.g., (ii) modifications or alterations not undertaken by NEMO, (iii) improper use, (iv) maintenance that is not in accordance with our product care guidelines (https://www.nemoequipment.com/pages/care-repair), (v) misuse or neglect, or (vi) if the product is used for a purpose for which it is not intended.
Examples of normal wear and tear include (but are not limited to): UV damage, faded colors, abrasions, scuffs or scratches, punctures, pole breakage, damage due to excessive winds/weather, improper re-packing.
Please note that damage due to normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents or that is otherwise excluded from the Warranty can usually be repaired for a fee. Details of the process for repairs outside of the Warranty are set forth below.
Except as expressly set forth in these terms and conditions, NEMO is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or resulting from the use of a NEMO product. The warranties set forth in these terms and conditions exclude all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose to the extent it is permissible to exclude such warranties in the applicable jurisdiction of the consumer.
How do I start a warranty claim?
Please contact your original retailer to begin a warranty claim (be sure to have your proof of purchase.)
Please feel free to contact us here if you experience any problems in pursuing the repair or replacement of your NEMO products by the retailer. We will then work together to see if we can find a solution. This provision does not constitute a commercial warranty and does not imply any obligation on the part of NEMO.
Please ensure that any products are in a clean and hygienic condition. Products not in this condition may not be accepted for a warranty claim and will be returned to you.
What if the damage is not covered under warranty?

If your gear is damaged and in need of help, repairs or spare parts may be available for a fee. Our goal as a company is to keep our gear out of the landfill as long as possible, so we’ve prioritized making sure it can last with you through years of use and be easily repaired.
